The printer will not go into "Ready" when powered on, the lights all keep blinking. I have tried every solution I have found online and it still doesn't boot up. I got error code 0XB30581B9 periodically, which went away when I unplugged the power cable from the printer and restarted it that way

How do I fix this? It worked, then I set it up to my wifi, and then it stopped being able to boot up after being stuck in "detecting page size" for the test print

There have been a couple of other posts like this in the past but none of them show a resolution and that error code does not show up in the troubleshooting documentation. If your device is under warranty I suggest you immediately contact technical support to obtain warranty service.  On other  models, errors like this usually indicate a problem with the main board.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by marking my post as an accepted solution. Clicking "yes" on "was this reply helpful" also increases the chances that this solution will help others.

It is out of warranty, but it was bought only last year. There must be a solution other than "get a new printer". Why can nobody answer what this error code actually means?
