Subject sums it up. All four margins are cut. If i change size to , lets say 75%, print is smaller by those 25% but still margins are simply cut. It cuts in more or less 4 mm.

Before you say "please check if papaer size is set correctly" EVERYTHING what i could, i have setup properly in printer.

It's set to A4, using A4, print is 100%, even tho as i've said, even if i change it, it still get's cut off when scanning i believe.

And yes, paper is positioned properly.

Hello,

May i ask what is the Application you are using to print.

Also, when you do the Print Preview, can you see the margins cut off

Hi,

I will need a little more clarity on the issue.

1. Have you tried scanning? if yes are the margins cut in the scan?

2. was it working fine before?

3. have you checked and updated the firmware?

also please make sure that the printer is connected to a direct wall outlet.

I am not using any app for making a copy. I just put paper on glass, press button, and expect it to come out on the other piece of paper.

And that new piece of paper looks like the oryginal except around 2-3 milimeters around, along every edge, there is nothing. I'm testing it by drawing circles very close to paper edge, and i see every circle cut.

Scanning works fine, it scans whole document (EDIT: scanning as scanning to computer- using any software, scan preview shows whole document properly)

Yes, it was working before, just like other HP multifunctional printers we have (M1217nfw for example)

Yes, i have downloaded latest (from 2016 tho) firmware from your site and i have successfully updated it.

I also managed to hard reset the whole printer (holding print & red X same time). That did not help.

Thing is, witch i wrote before, even if i try to scale it, it scales also cut, so it doesn't look like problem with print, but scan.

try this
since you have already checked the copy settings which is A4
also go to system setup
paper setup
select A4 and check
