I have tried using the wireless setup wizard and direct settings but the printer is not seeing the wifi network.
I have tried installing the latest drivers. Uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried using Windows set up but it cannot turn on the wifi to see the Networks.
Thoughts?
Thanks
Delia

Hi,
Can the pritner see other networks while following the wireless setup wizard?
How far is the printer located from your router?
Which router do you have? (Brand and model)?
Ensure your router broadcast a 2.4GHz SSID, the printer do not support a 5GHz wirfi band...

The wireless router is in the ceiling and accessible line of site wise. Many other devices have no issue for connectivity.
The router was provided by my internet provider so I will send them an email to ask 2.4 vs 5 GHz.
The printer sees nothing in setup process. The blue light of the wifi will flash momentarily but the printer cannot see any wireless networks in my business and I have three.
It will print via copy, scan and fax in and out. All other functions work normally.
I have done a hard reset and reset to factory settings. I have tried connected to power bar source and wall jack outlet.
I wonder if it has some setting telling it to only be Ethernet connected vs wifi connected. The wifi just will not turn on.
