I have a hp laser jet pro cm1415fnw mfp in my office that doesnt want to print in color. i have a windows xp. Whenever i try to print in color off of microsoft windows or the internet the picture just comes out black and not in color. when i print a diagnostics page it does print in color though. i need help.

Hi RicherdAC24,
Follow the steps below to uninstall and reinstall the printer.
1. Open Control Panel
2. Click on Uninstall a program
3. Uninstall the Laserjet CM1415 from the list
4. Reboot your computer
5. Download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player
6. Download the full feature software and drivers, and then reinstall the printer.

How do you have the printer connected to the computer?
Update the firmware on the printer, and let me know if you still have the same issue?

Hi RicherdAC24,
Make sure you do not have Print in Greyscale turned on in the Printing Preferences. Check out the document for Print Quality below the screenshot as well.
Can you make standalone copies from the printer in color?

What happens if you print a color document from Wordpad or a image from Microsoft Paint?
What application programs are you seeing this issue?

Install the printer on a different computer, and let me know if you have the same issue?
We need to isolate this to a hardware or software issue. Let me know what you find out?
