Hello to everybody, I used since April 2020 my LaserJet M283 both as printer and scanner. It is linked by an ethernet cable to the router of my domestic network.
For some reasons, now it continues to run properly as printer but when I lunch the usual HP scan software the result is a message showing impossible communicate with scanner.
I tried to reistall drivers downloading and running HP Easy Start but this sowftare doesn't find the printer (despite I can continue to prin as ususal).
Have you any idea for solving the problem?
