I have a problem with my Laserjet 5550 printer. It will not print jobs with multiple copies. It prints the first copy and then prints a message "Error: Unable to store job at printer. Reason: Insufficient disk space for this job. Solution: Delete some files from the disk before resending job."
I checked for stored jobs using the printer menu (Retrieve Job) and there are none.
I downloaded and installed HP Web Jetadmin (as the printer user manual suggested) and discovered the printer. According to the printer data there is no hard disk.
I am running the printer on a small local network and the main computer I use with this printer has Windows Vista.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

Derek, make sure that Job Storage & Mopier Mode are set to "Disabled".
Also you may want upgrade the 5550 internal memory.

Hi, how much memory is installed?
Is there a drive also installed?
