Product: M475dn
Hi All,  
 
I have a Laserjet 400 M475dn printer, which is printing thin black lines down all the pages.
We have tried running a couple of cleaning pages through it, without any success.
 
Is anyone able to identify the fault from the attached image?
 
Error
 
Any help would be appreciated!
