If your printer is attached to your network, you may be able to type its IP address into a browser to reveal its internal settings site.

Is the printer going to sleep and either not waking up or waking up and not finding the network?
I may be able to help. I am more familiar with inkjets, but there are some similarities.

strangthe strange thing is that i am using a program that should automatically print in the evening, but it doesnt. the pogram did automatically print with my old laserjet but with my new 2055 it doesnt. I contacted the programmanufacturer, but they say the printer(standbymode, sleepmode) is the problem cause the pogram did work with the old printer but i never notice the printer is in standby/sleep mode.
