Not sure if there is a single issue that has gotten worse or if there are two issues at play.
The initial problem reported was that the printer was printing white pages with a single almost smear like line of faint toner in the middle. This was after an amployee found a few "customers" in the process of opening up the printer stating there had been a jam.
For a while it would print, but the plages would be the above described near blank pages. Attempted a different toner cartridge, but had the same result. It eventually began jamming more often than not.
Tried new paper in case the increased humidity had affected the paper in the unit. No change.
I have an "spare" P3015 that was broken in other ways to the point I kept it for parts. I switched fusers, and the jamming is still occuring.
The error is 13.02.00 indicating it isn't reaching the top cover sensor. The paper is getting stuck at the fuser, and the fuser is leaving a very noticeable indentation mark. Depending on far far the paper is getting through the fuser the preceeding rollers may crumple the paper not yet in the fuser in an attempt to push it through.

Hello @Stephanosm
Couple of recommendation for the unit
Ensure that the Tray <X> paper guides are set to the correct paper size before loading the paper
Ensure media meets specifications
Ensure the tray media is fed from is set up properly for the media size and type via the control panel or Embedded Web Server.
If the message after the 13.02.00, 13.02 or 13.2 Jam inside top cover
Paper Sensor associated with this message: Top Sensor (“A” in the manual sensor test).
Perform a manual sensor test Menu > Diagnostic > MANUAL SENSOR TEST
Locate sensor 'A' and move it and see if it changes the state on the control panel
If faulty replace RM1-6511-000CN TOP SENSOR PCB ASSY
For the light printing
Press the Menu button , select the CONFIGURE DEVICE menu, and then select the
PRINT QUALITY menu then look for TONER DENSITY default is 3 make sure its set to that and even try 4 or 5
Taking advance you are on that menu make sure ECONOMODE it's off
