HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded the latest and greatest firmware from the HP website. But when I try to send the firmware update to the printer nothing happens. The printer just stays in a ready state. Yet the firmware says it's downloading from the PC. This is via a USB port.
