Hi @mdc007,
I see that the printer is printing out blank pages.
In the mean time, if you are using Windows, download and run the Print and Scan Doctor. It will diagnose the issue and might automatically resolve it. Find and fix common printer problems using HP diagnostic tools for Windows?
Try printing from another application to see if you have the same results.
Try and print a hardware self test on the printer.
What is the full name and product number of your printer? There are several Laserjet 200 series. How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
What operating system are you using?
How to Find the Windows Edition and Version on Your Computer.
Mac OS X: How Do I Find Which Mac OS X Version Is on My Computer?
How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)
What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, any error messages)
Please provide in detail the results if you are still having issues.
Have a nice day!
Thank You.

Hi everyone,
I am wondering if a solution was actually found for this problem?
I am having the same issue. My printer is
HP LaserJet 200 colorMFP M276nw
I can only print blank pages. The blank toner is full. The other colours are around 40% so I know there it is not an empty cartridge(s) issue.
I have tried everyting. I've turned off/on after leaving overnight. I've unplugged it but still no luck. I've tried printer from the printer properties from within windows, I've tried printing from the web interface, I've tried printing from the front panel. I've tried tried copying but still no luck. Everything still prints blank!! I've removed, shake the cartridges and replace them but still no luck.
I've also run HP printer doctor, run diagnostic reports etc. but still no lucky. Everything report says all is well with the printer.
The only thing I've seen that stands out is from the event log. It gives the below entry:
Entry # Code Page Description
10 54.1400 808 Color plane registration sensor error
I have this printer just over a year so I am worried by this. Do you know what may be causing this? Please help as I am at loss 😞

Hi @tshekedi ,
I understand that you are also getting blank pages when printing from the computer and from the printer's control panel. I would really like to be able to help you resolve this issue.
Thanks for providing the Color plane registration sensor error from the event log.
Are you using Genuine HP Toner? Is it Original HP Toner?
I would do a hard reset to see if that will resolve the issue.
Leave the printer on and unplug the power cable from the printer and wall outlet for 60 seconds.
Then reconnect the power cable to the printer and wall outlet rather than a surge protector.
This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
I have provided a document with the steps for calibrating and cleaning the toners, printing a Print Quality page, inspecting the toner for damage, checking the paper and driver settings to see if this will resolve the issue.
Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues. Run the calibration at least 3 times.
Try and print a Diagnostics Page.
Go to Setup, Reports Menu, Diagnostics Page.
Inspect the "L" shaped color alignment bars at the bottom of the Diagnostics Page.
Update the printer's firmware. Software and Drivers.
Select Go under Option 2.
Try and make a copy also.
What operating system are you using?
What were the results printing the Print Quality Page and the Diagnostics Page?
Please let me know the results.
Have a nice day!
Thank You.

Hello Gemini02,
Unfortunately I am still having completely blank pages after falling all the steps you suggested.
In the next few days I will try to go through all the other steps from the print and quality issue link you sent.
I'll keep you posted

Hello again,
I did finally manage to get two prints done.
The first with the single stripe was from the result of running the cleaning function. The other photo was from a demo page.
The prints were after following all the instructions you said and also after going through the instructions on the link you sent. These were the only two times I've been able to print. I haven't manage to print anything else.
Any ideas what I can do now? Thanks in advance.
Shev

Hi tshekedi,
Thanks for providing that information and the pictures.
The cleaning page looks right, but the Demo page should be darker in color, yours is really pink.
What color is the mark on the page from the cleaning page? It should be black.
Are you using Genuine HP Toners?
Try and print from the computer in color to see if you have the same results, it may be a issue with the black toner.
Let me know the results of the Diagnostics and Print Quality pages from the document. It would be great if you can provide a picture.
Please let me know so we can figure this out and what operating system are you using so we can also troubleshoot the software.
Thank You.

Hello,
Very sorry for the much delayed response I had given up and was using a different printer but now has some time to troubleshoot and sort this out.
OK I am using genuine HP catridges.
The colour of the cleaning page is black.
I am now unable to upload any photos now? Before I was able to. I hoping to uplaod a photo of the diagnositc page.
Also the below errors can be see in the web interface error log. Can this be the reason? what do these codes mean in layman terms?
54.1103
54.1400
Thanks,
Shev
