I have made the process but the prints continued to be: totally black page 😞

 

I am available to change the logic board

 

you're really sure that the problem is this and that changing the problem is solved?

I have made another test.. and the scanner to usb work 😕

 

The possible broken logic board influence this process?

Do Copies work?

Does print from USB work?

Does it print the internal reports like config page or demo page?

If so, its not the logic board, but something else like driver or application.

If Blank pages, then Think of Toner or Laser scanner

Always when printing the page out totally black:

 

Printing document from USB? Black
Copy? Black
Printing test page? Black
Printing reports? Black
Printing diagnostic? Black

 

The scanner works properly and save the contents in the USB drive.

 

The problem can be the broken logic board?

Yes, Formatter since the  Engine test works fine

The logic board is sending the command wrong, therefore output is complete black.

Hi have changed the formatter board with another (is very simple https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9nrB0P87QA ), but now when I start the printer, the system printer continuously reboot and I can't re-install 😕
