I receive no error messages.
I touch "Calendar" app on the printer screen and it goes to connecting to internet. 10 second later it returns to the screen showing all my apps. I do the same with - Scan to Email, Quick Forms, Get More, etc and none of them work.
I am web-connected and have my email address for the printer and did a "Wireless network test results" and everything is good.
What else do I need to try please.

Let's remove and add web services:
On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch (HP ePrint), and then touch (Web Services Settings).
2. Touch Remove Web Services.
3. Restart the router and the printer.
4. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Setup ).
5. Touch Web Services.
6. Touch Yes to accept the Web Services terms of setup.
7. The printer will automatically check updates and set up Web Services.
8. Touch OK when you see Web Services have been set up successfully.
9. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page, and shows Web Services Summary on the screen.

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
Is your web services enabled?
Touch the ePrint icon on your Printer it opens the Web Services Summary menu, where you can check ePrint status details, change ePrint settings, or print an Info page.
Let me know what you see.

On the ePrint Web Services Summary:
Email (name)
Status: Connected
ePrint On
Print Info Page - fine
Product Update (no updates)
Set Web Proxy - This is blank???
Turn ePrint Off
Remove Web Services
End of Summary.
I have tried various times to make any of the apps to work (except for Photo, Copy or Scan) and none work.
Should there be something in Web Proxy? If so, what?
Thank you
