Hello

 

I am constantly getting the printer event log error 13.B2.DX, Late to registration jam, from tray X

 

This has been happening for several weeks intermittently. The jam itself is on the side door of the printer, as it emerges from its tray. The paper remains flat and not crumpled but triggers the error and pauses the print job

 

I've followed the guide on the error (http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c04577373) and have replaced all rollers, yet the error still occurs

 

Would anyone be able to shine some light on this problem?
