My Hp Lazerjet Professional M1132 MFP can't print, it displays 52.0 SCANNER ERROR on the computer's screen but it scans well! Both the ready and attention lights are blinking. How can I resolve this?

Hello there

The Scanner it´s only used when printing that will explain why you can scan just fine

Usually we only have 2 recommendations to bypass the error ; use the printer directly to a wall outlet and change the toner since the scanner works directly with the toner and that could be the root cuase , if you continue seeing the issue after this 2 steps most likely the part needs to be replaced

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

Say thanks by clicking the Kudos Thumbs Up to the right in the post.
