364XL Ink Cartridge

I purchase a set of 364XL print cartridges and when I opened them I discovered that the yellow cartridge was leaking from the top. (see picture)

The HP support system doesn't recognise the model number for the cartridges so I can't progress there.

Could someone please advise as to what I should do.

I should also add that I urgently needed to print something so I have had to use the catridge temporalily.

Related to this I also have quite yellow hands now.  Does anyone know how best to remove the ink?

Thanks.

This is a hardware issue.

I request you to contact HP phone support for assistance on this.

Cheers.
