Lines appearing on document when printing in color

Lines are appearing across my documents whenever I print in color. I have done level 1 and level 2 printhead cleaning with no improvement (this is the printout from level 1 printhead cleaning). Any suggestions for fixing this issue? (Note: Genuine HP cartridges are brand new.) Thank you in advance!
