HP Color LaserJet CP5525
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Whenever I print from any computer to my HP LaserJet 700 color MFP M775 printer or the HP Color LaserJet CP5525 Printer, lines or streaks of mixed colors appear at the top of some or all of the pages of whatever document I'm printing.

I've tried cleaning the laser glass and printing a cleaning page and also a full calibration all from the printer calibration/cleaning menu option under device maintenance, and both printers still give those streaks. I've also printed a print quality page and a diagnostic page and the lines/streaks are still there. Sometimes the lines are very visible, other times they are not.

Thank you all for your assistance.

Whenever I have seen this issue is was always a bad transfer belt and it needed replacement.  Pricey.

Has anyone found a solution to the streaking? I believe it is an issue with the transfer belts but also the toner collection bottle plugs up and doesn't auger the toner to the other end of the bottle. It seems to me this is a major issue but I can't find any solutions other than replacing the expensive transfer belt.
