Product: CP5225n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have an issue where I have horizontal lines across the bottom of every page (A4 portait). It looks like multiple lines together, spanning approx 1cm across the width of the page (below). The scanned image doesn't show all the lines, they're fainter in places but still there. Some sheets are a constant line, others are patchy like this one:

I have researched and found nothing to help me. I have cleaned the printer and run the cleaning page. What could be causing this?
