HP Deskjet D2360 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It's year 2022 and I have an old D2360 printer that I have used only twice with an old PC. My problem is the driver. I've already lost the CD for the driver. I tried searching the HP website for the driver and it seemed that it's no longer available. I even followed the instructions to manually add new printer and search for the driver thru Windows Update, but it's not listed.  Are there other ways to get the driver? I just got a PC running on Windows 10 64-bit. I wanted to use my old printer and don't want to get a new one. Please help.

I've already tried the instructions here: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-d2300-printer-series/1841737

Additional question: Will other drivers e. g. Deskjet 2300/2600 (without the letter "D" on the numbers) drivers work with D2360 printer?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks a lot @FerRX! That helped.

I just got another problem. The Power button just has a flashing green light. I haven't replaced the ink cartridges yet, so I'll try that later if I have time. Could the ink cartridges be the issue? When I ran the Print and Scan Doctor, it detected a paper jam, although there's nothing jammed inside when I inspected. Shouldn't it be detecting the empty ink cartridges first instead of the paper jam? I hope the printer isn't faulty.

Hi @ejq29 ,

Great 😊to know the driver worked. !

Well, and now that thing about Power button flashing green is another question. 😉

It could be the ink cartridges needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Try the steps that shows in the next videos:
