How do I print on a 4x6 index card. I put a card in the main document feeder, but it only printed the first line, faintly, and complained of unexpected size.

When I feed an index card through the single-sheet feeder, it just jams.

There must be a menu setting I can't find, or something.

Thanks,

Make sure the print driver is selected correctly for the media size, paper type and tray. You can find more information on page 40, of the printer's manual, Laserjet M252dw. You will also find documentation on loading the trays.

When printing from the main tray, remove any paper and just load the 4 x 6 paper.

Thanks. I hadn't realized it had to be in the settings in Word rather than on the printer. Worked fine after that.
