Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

The M277dw is capable of scanning with 1200x1200 resolution.  I am unable to achieve this using the flatbed.  I have tried the HP Scan software (options are: 75, 100, 200, 300 dpi) and I have tried from the control panel (options are: 75, 150, 300, 600 dpi).  Any ideas?

Hi,

Open the HP Scan Software, ensure the Source is set as Flatbed Glass, not as Document Feeder (if loaded).

 

Once changing the source you will be oferred with higher DPI options as expected.
