HP Recommended

Paper JAM.  Rear Door.

I cleared the paper. I used a flashlight (torch) to examine the area.

The paper I removed was intact (no missing bits)

I cannot see anything in the visible pathway.

I checked all other areas of the path (every door) for other jams.

Removed and replaced all the toner cartridges.

Turned off the Printer, unpluged the USB and Power cables.

Pushed the menu buttons through their cycles.

The "JAM" "Open Rear Door" is still flashing.

I have gone in circles, reading the "manueal", Viewing Videos,

Nothing other than removing the paper in any of them.

The "JAM" "open Rear Door" continues.

I used the apparently worthless "Support Assistant".
