MFP M476DN
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, our company has bought 10 MFP M476DN devices! 3 of them after few months working showed similar problems - when scanning (ADF, FLATBED - both), there are sometimes lines in different colors, sometimes one line, sometimes one large line, sometimes a lot of lines, usually colored differently! Sometimes after switching off / on the problem is gone, sometimes not, sometimes i need to restart the printer many times to get rid of the line! No cleaning nothing, just restart and problem gone! ..And after a while its again back! ITS NOT A CLEANING ISSUE!!! No errors on display, nothing, just this software, hardware issue!

Does someone from HP people know how to deal with this? Maybe there is a firmware update? Or we just should bring the 3 printers straight away to warranty or to the seller/distributor?
