Ok...numerous times we are getting this error on the LCD. 41.07.12. Thats great, but what does it mean??

It also seems to be the ONLY error reported that does NOT tell you what it pertains to in the Log. Wonderful.

Please advise what this is and how to resolve. Management cannot keep walking up to this printer to hit "continue".

Tks

41.07.YZ Error To continue, press OK
Description
A media transportation error has occurred.
◦ Y = 0
Photo media 1, Photo media 2, Photo media 3, Designated media 2, Designated media 3, or N/
A, typed or AutoSense
◦ Y = 1
AutoSense (Normal): special case distinguished from typed Normal

The 2 indicates an issue with tray 2. In other words it is having an issue sensing the type of media coming out of tray 2. If you have the paper type in tray 2 set to plain, try setting it to any or if set to any try setting it to plain. I think what is happening is the autosense in the printer is set to normal meaning it is looking for normal paper and every once in the while it senses the paper as not being normal and gives the error message. You also may want to try a different brand of paper to see if that solves the issue. Also you will want to make sure the pickup rollers for tray 2 of in good shape.
