Hi!

We have quite new one, page count 110329, giving error 50.92.11

Seems like fuser overheting or something.

Any ideas what causing it, or how to fix it?

I am sorry, but to get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since this is a commercial product. You can do this at http://h30499.www3.hp.com/hpeb/ .

I hope this helps.

I have the M602 with the following errors: 50.92.11,13.B9.D3, 13.B9.A2, 13.FF.FF. All of them point to the fuser. I have changed the fuser out 3 times with little improvement. Now the printer actually prints more pages before it jams. I've done the floss test several times and ran the sensor test which comes out normal. All the connections on the dc controller are seated properly.

Any other suggestions?

HP tech support keeps telling me to change the fuser. There must be something else that is causing this.
