Product: M630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Got a problem I don't seem to be going in the right direction. Any input would be helpful.
I got a LaserJet M630 in for repair. The display is showing a "13.B9.FF" error, which is a paper jam at the fuser; and the sensor is mounted on the fuser itself. There is no paper in the maching, no scraps or tears...
