M630
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

 Got a problem I don't seem to be going in the right direction. Any input would be helpful.

 

I got a LaserJet M630 in for repair. The display is showing a "13.B9.FF" error, which is a paper jam at the fuser; and the sensor is mounted on the fuser itself. I've replaced the fuser with a new one and still have the same error at intialization. Any ideas? Everything I've read in both the repair and troubleshooting manual points to the fuser. There is no paper in the maching, no scraps or tears...
