Hello,

 

We have a new HP Laserjet Enterprise 700 MFP 775z printer. We have it setup to scan to a network folder.

 

Has worked great until now. For some unknown reason, every 8.5 x 11 inch document we scan, it scans to lanscape size. It is landscape size (11x8.5) and orientation, but the text is portrait. It is like you took the letter and turned it sideways but left the wording normal if that makes sense.

 

Every setting I can find is set to Portrait, letter size. If you copy the letter, it prints exactly the same way.

 

I can't figure it out at all. I am stumped.

 

Any ideas of what to try?
