MFP M126nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to scan from MFP M126nw since for long i have not did some scanning so i was not aware that my printer which is said to scan A4 is not scanning A4 properly. This printer is in the shared network. Win 10 x64  please assist me accordingly.

I see that you are having issues while scanning from your LaserJet printer. Do not worry, I’m here to help 🙂

 

Let’s first try scanning using the HP Scan and Capture app. You can easily scan the A4 size paper using the HP Scan and Capture app. Get it here: http://hp.care/2bUVkrw
