HP ENVY 4502

Hello, i have had my print for over a year and was doing great but now all of the sudden when i try to print something from the computer it print the papers wrong.. i dont know how to explain it but it will cut of part of the info and start printing half way down .. so you only get a part of what you trying to print...  but if i copy a paper it does just fine it just went i try to print of my computers.

What could this be? and how can i fix it.?

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the Envy 4502 not properly printing the top portions of the page.  It sounds like your printer is not properly picking the paper and feeding it the printer, it may be starting the printing before the paper is properly in position.  Go through the steps in order, at least through cleaning the rollers in step three.
