Wow!  Was able to get the OS9 Apple Desktop Printer Utility Version 1.3.1 to work with theM477, which can use the Desktop Printer LPR mode to communicate with OS9 Macintoshes. 

 

We are trying to restrict the Macintosh from printing color to conserve color toner.  May need to use web services to do that, but we are so excited to be able to find a laser printer that we can still get to work with Macintosh OS9.  Our hats of to HP.  Standards do realy work
