Product: Designjet Z6200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I think there's something wrong with my maintenance cartridge usage tracking.  Usage was showing 1% even though it's probably been a month since it waschanged.  I pulled out the maintenance cartridge and found a couple of the ink wells overflowing with ink.

I replaced the maintenance cartridge and after about an hour of printing, it's now showing 12% used.  Any thoughts what's causing this?
