I assume the rear door and tray are for manual feed or for one sheet feeds but I cannot find any documentation that verifies. The configuation of the rear door on the M251nw is differnt than what I am used to so I would like to have some instrutions on how to use it.

Hi @piano-man,
I understand that you would like some information if the printer supports the manual feed. I would like to help you.
This model only has the one tray for loading the paper and not a manual feed tray. The section above the tray if a Jam access door. Loading Paper and Envelopes for HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color M251n and M251nw Printers.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for comment, however I believe their two models of this printer. On my printer there is a rear door that you pull down to open. The rear door has a roller assembly which I assumed was for paper. Do you know what the purpose of the pull down rear door is?

Hi piano-man,
The rear door on the Laserjet M251nw printer is to make it accessible to remove any paper jams from the back of the printer.
I have provided the manual and data sheet for the Laserjet M251nw that you may use for future reference.
LaserJet Pro 200 color M251nw.
Thank You.
