My printer is connected by AirPrint via iPad only. I am trying to print a colored brochure from a website. When I try to print the printer says it is printing document but then gives a low memory error. I have tried to clear the memory by un/re-plugging the printer cord & plugging into the wall instead of the surge protector. I have allowed it to wait a good 20 minutes to no avail. I have tried to reset the default settings under network settings on the printer then resetting the wifi connection. I am able to print other documents without problems. I only have connection via wifi on my iPad Pro not on a desktop or laptop computer. Looking for assistance on how to resolve? I have also only tried to print 1 or 2 pages of the brochure and that has not worked either.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. I hope you're well @Annod1!
I read about the printer issue and wanted to stop in to share my suggestions with you 🙂
I see that you are facing issues while using the AirPrint feature on your LaserJet printer. You have connected your printer to the Wi-Fi network. Hence I would suggest using an HP printing app to the printer instead of the AirPrint.
Go to the Apple store and install the HP All-in-One remote app (HP AiO printer remote app). Once done, try using this app to print from your iOS device.
I found a wonderful document which will give you instructions on how to use this app. Please go through the steps here: http://hp.care/2dlUQ2b
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Good luck 🙂
