Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Tried the usual Turn off then turn back on and no change.  any suggestions.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the printer error message on your Officejet Pro 8600.
