My printer is printing with the red and blue slightly mis-aligned. The HP help page says to re-align them, but I need to open the Toolbox FX first. Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I don't have this feature and I can't seem to find it online to download.
Can anyone help please? Where can I find the Toolbox FX?

Have you tried calibrating from the printer's control panel?
At the front of the printer, use the left and right arrows to find the "System Setup" menu and press "OK".
Now find the "Print Quality" menu and press "OK".
Find the "Color Calibration" menu and press "OK"
Select "Calibrate Now" and press "OK"
The printer should spend a minute or two "Calibrating..."
It may take 3 or 4 calibrations to get the colors back in alignment.
Best regards.

I've run the calibration several times and it's not worked. I've also tried changing the magenta cartridge, but that hasn't worked either. Do you think a service visit would be best now. I'm getting fed up with it!

Hi CSSarksafe,
I've sent you a private message with steps to perform a hard reset. After the hard reset you will then need to perform a new calibration from the control panel.
Best regards,
