I have the same issues...prints 1 to 2 pages, but won't print more than that at a time. And I get an error saying that my job failed to print. Have tried re-installing the printer, it says not compatible with Windows 8. It seems to me that HP needs to come up with an update for this printer series so that it can work with the Windows 8 operating system. For the record...my printer worked just fine with my Windows 7 computer, but it has always had this problem with the Windows 8. Never worked right. Now...with that being said...I have only had Windows 8 for about 4 months. Nothing wrong with the computer or it's settings. The printer needs an update

Extremely frustrating. I have the same problem. The page prints almost to the very bottom, then leaves the last few lines blank. All the troubleshooting steps say there is no problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, updated the drivers, deleted the driver then powered off and allowed the driver to be reactivated. The network is fine - I've deleted the printer and reinstalled it without a hitch. It shows up in our home network. What irks me most is that this is a new problem. This printer has worked for many months since we purchased it. Now, without any new changes or updates that I am aware of, this problem happened. Any other steps I can take?
