I'm using an HP Laserjet Pro 1102w printer wirelessly on a home network.  The operating system is Windows 7 (64 bit).  One computer can print fine and the other prints multiple pages for a single page document.  I have checked the settings and I just can't figure out what is causing this.  I have tried uninstalling the printer and the software and reinstalled.  It installs so easily and only one page prints when you do a test page, but if I print from Word, I get as many as 50 copies and as few as 10, but never just one.

If anyone is familiar with this printing issue, please get back to me as soon as possible.

Thank you!

Hello,

we are using the Laserjet 1102w wirelessly under Windows 7

When printing a single page, we get multiple pages.

We have also ensured that the "Enable Bidirectional Support" box is UNCHECKED.

How do we correct this issue?

& how do we stop the printing?

Thanks to advise

Dear 8lives,

Thank you for the info.

Unfortunately, the printer keeps PRINTING the one page document numerous times.

We have uninstalled the printer driver from the related computer.

WE have ensured there is NO print job on the computer (already uninstalled the print driver).

We have also shut down the relevant computer, turned OFF the printer as well as the wireless router.

However, when we turn on the computer & printer, the printing starts all over again.

Any hint what I can do next?

Kind Regards

Hi tipntop, are there any other printers installed on the computer?

What happens if you print to a PDF file.

Open Windows Explorer
Navigate to: c:/windows/system32/spool/printers
Make sure that there are no print file(s) left in this folder.
