My printer was working just fine and all of a sudden it will not print.  Information on printer says it is offline.  Test shows it is connected to the internet and to the home network.  How do I put it back online.

First go to your devices and printer folder, right click on printer, select "see what's printing" then under the document tab make sure "use printer offline" isn't selected.

I would try going to the start button if you're using a windows PC then select all programs, then the printer folder and opt to add a printer. Proceed to finish the installation of the printer again and do a test print. You may have a second copy of your printer in your devices and printer folder that you'll have to print to but that's a quick fix to this issue

Let me know if you do not have those options or keep me posted what happened. I'm happy to help!
