Hi Dvortex, I am on the Add Printer: Install the Printer Driver, hit HP, when I get to HP OfficeJet Pro portion, it only has HP Office Jet K80xi then next one is HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 PCL-3. So, now I'm clueless on what to pick.

Hello, @kimghob1
Thanks for the reply!
Did you not find the HP Officejet 6835 drivers in the list? Ideally, that printer will be on the list if you perform a "Windows update".
Also, can you please send a screenshot of your printing preferences window of the Officejet 6835 printer? Try sending the screenshot of the printer driver that we installed after removing the drivers. That will help me identify the issue slightly better (It looks like the screen shot attached on my first post. Try to include multiple tabs if possible)
Thanks, I'll watch for your reply!
Have a great day!

Hi Dvortex, Each time I tried to do Windows Update for the correct drive, it didn't work right or it didn't show anything other than what I told you or it only gave 6830 for a Drive. 6835 never showed up. Here is a photo of the Properties for the printer. Also, it has the Pedigree I'm trying to print from Australian Paper size to US Paper size.
