HP Photosmart 7525
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It gives me the following error:

Out of Paper.  Load paper into the main tray and touch ok.

It is full of paper.  I noticed that the arm the goes down to move the paper into the printer is not turning.  When I take out all the paper I can see the arm come down and sometimes it moves and sometimes it does not move.  So it looks like the arm is not working....I can sometimes force-feed the paper and it works....but only once every 20 tries.....very frustrating.

@Gustavo4, welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you are getting an out of paper error while printing from your HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer.

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Out of Paper Error

Let me know how that works.

I hope you have a good day ahead.
