Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer does not print in color when sent from my laptop, despite settings being for color. However, will print in color from my phone.

This started when I stopped Insta Ink

1. Try to install the following driver:

2. Restart computer.

 

3. Then go to Windows Tools > Control Panel to add the printer again

 

4. Send your color document to print.

 

* Click on YES button   to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
