Hewlett-packard # 75
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I tried to print a picture of a young man in a blue cap and gown the blue was turned into a red. or a deep maroon color. I have also noticed on cards that I have printed the blue is not coming thru.

I have noticed this with the las two color cartridges I have gotten and I use the hp ink cartridges #75 for color and # 74 for black.  Please address this issue as it is not the hp printer I have and I do not  use off brand ink cartridges. I purchaser them from Office Depot or Staples.

Thank you

Loretta Wright

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

I understand you have an HP 75 ink cartridge and it doesn't seem to print blue anymore,

I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:

What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/document/c03754824

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

Could you rephrase your post as I can't seem to understand if this is an HP printer you've got the cartridge in or is that an alternate printer with the HP cartridge? please clarify.

In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned on this link: Click here

(Though the header/title may be different, the steps will help resolve your concern).

Please reply with the details for further assistance.
