HP Deskjet 2545

My hp 2545 printer cant detect my black ink cartridge 678. The colored works fine. When i  remove my black ink cartridge, it automatically print test page and it works. But when i put in the black cartridge, it wont print. Help pls! It works for about 2 months now

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP Deskjet 2545 printer does not detect the black ink cartridge. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

  • Remove, inspect, and then reseat the cartridges.
  • Clean the cartridge contacts.
  • Remove and then reinsert the cartridges again.
  • Restart the printer.

Click here and follow the steps mentioned in the ques to fix this issue.
