Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I want to print with my laptop but I get error "printer can't print" and that's it...

I tried a million things, reinstalling, reconnecting wifi (printer does not have bluetooth), etc...

The strange thing is that I can print with my office laptop and cell phone, so the printer works fine. It must be my laptop, but I can not find the problem. He is connected on the same wifi as the printer.

What more can I do?
