Product: HPOfficejet6700 H711n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have the software dvd but it only supports Winows XP, Vista,and 7 can I get an upgrade

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system (Win 10 32-bit):

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-6700-premium-e-all-in-one-printer-seri...


Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
