At some point I have clearly clicked onan instruction which I did not want and I can't get out of it

I understand that you have an HP Officejet 2620 All-in-One Printer and it does not print. 

 

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • Do you receive any error messages?
  • Any software updates or changes made to the printer?
  • Is the printer able to copy?
  • What is the operating system you use?
