My printer c6280 says it prints black and white only. Just started doing this what did I do? How do I fix it

I understand your printer prints only in black and white.

 

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

Please provide the operating system you are running on your PC?

 

For windows try the steps mentioned below.

 

Click the start in the bottom left of the desktop screen.
Type devices and printers Select devices and printers. 
Locate your printer and right click on it - select printing preferences. 
In the window that pops up select fast economical printing on the left and on the right choose black and white/ grayscale printing.

 

Refer this article to further troubleshoot printer prints only in black and white.
