Tried all the resolutions to the clear the error message, even bought a printerhead from HP on exchange but  the error message persists. Any other solutions I can try?

I understand you are getting a 0xc19a0003 error, have already replaced the printhead.

Issue was resolved by leaving printer unplugged from wall outlet for about an hour to reset. Don't know if the recommended time from the document was sufficient.
