Hello
There are a couple of ways to find the encrytian and passwords for the network.
Left click the wireless icon on the taskbar, shows networks, right click your network name left click properties, click the box to show password
or characters, shows the encrytian type and the password.
Another method is to use the HP Print and Scan Doctor which was provided on a previous post.

If you require further assistance please provide the following so I can assist you better.
What is the full name and product number of your printer?
What operating system are you using? (winxp, win7, win8, win8.1)
I work on behalf of HP

I just received a 7525 for Christmas and upon attempting to set up wireless printing it's asking me for my WPA password. I know the password, however I cannot enter it because there are characters missing from the keypad provided. I have of course gone through all 3 screens of the keypad and they simply aren't there. I cannot change the password, run the printer wired via USB, nor can I use the Auto Connect or WPS features. Please help!
