No one ever got back to me with an answer or solution, I figured it out on my own. I had to deinstall my HP Solution software, not just the printer driver, but the whole scanning and additional modules that come with it. Then i had to go to the printer and reboot it and have it search for the wireless network which it found, and then I had to input the pass phrase from the bottom of the router and then go back to my laptop and reassign my default printer and then I could print again. Howeve, now I can no longer scan. There seems to be a problem with Windows 7 and HP's solution center software. Very irritating".........

Hello

There are a couple of ways to find the encrytian and passwords for the network.

Left click the wireless icon on the taskbar, shows networks, right click your network name left click properties, click the box to show password
or characters, shows the encrytian type and the password.

Another method is to use the  HP Print and Scan Doctor which was provided on a previous post.

If you require further assistance please provide the following so I can assist you better.

What is the full name and product number of your printer?

What operating system are you using? (winxp, win7, win8, win8.1)

I just received a 7525 for Christmas and upon attempting to set up wireless printing it's asking me for my WPA password. I know the password, however I cannot enter it because there are characters missing from the keypad provided. I have of course gone through all 3 screens of the keypad and they simply aren't there. I cannot change the password, run the printer wired via USB, nor can I use the Auto Connect or WPS features. Please help!
